Booking Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Woven Wellness and Acupuncture. We are delighted to support you on your wellness journey. Please take a moment to read through our Booking Terms and Conditions before making an appointment.
By booking with us, you agree to the following terms.
1. Appointments
Appointments can be made online through our website, via phone, or by direct email.
We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time, although we will do our best to accommodate last-minute bookings where possible.
New clients are required to complete an intake form prior to their first appointment.
2. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations or rescheduling made less than 24 hours before your appointment may incur a 50% cancellation fee.
No-shows or missed appointments without notice may be charged the full appointment fee.
We appreciate your understanding — late cancellations impact our practitioners and other clients who may have wanted that appointment time.
3. Payment
Payment is due at the time of your appointment.
We accept EFTPOS, credit card, cash and bank transfer.
For some services, a deposit may be required at the time of booking. If applicable, details will be provided at the time of booking.
4. Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
If you are late, we will do our best to accommodate you, but your session may be shortened to respect the next client's booking, and the full fee will still apply.
5. Health and Safety
If you are feeling unwell (e.g., flu, cold, COVID-19 symptoms), we ask that you please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment.
Your health, and that of our practitioners and community, is our priority.
6. Practitioner Availability
Occasionally, your practitioner may become unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will contact you promptly to reschedule or arrange an alternative practitioner if available.
7. Privacy
Your personal information and health history will be kept confidential and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Information collected is used solely to provide you with the best possible care.
8. Changes to Terms
Woven Wellness and Acupuncture reserves the right to amend these Booking Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
